Funds collaborative projects from higher education institutions, national authorities, and stakeholders that strengthen the European Higher Education Area through student/staff mobility, qualification recognition, and quality assurance aligned with Bologna Process commitments. Higher education institutions, government bodies, and organizations working on European education policy can apply, including through consortia involving businesses as partners.
